WORKSHOP RE-OPENING //

As the situation relating to Covid-19 continues to show signs of improvement in the UK, we're implementing steps to re-open certain aspects of our workshop services to help cater for an ever-growing number of customers concerned about missing service schedules and more with their vehicles.
As a garage we were allowed to remain open, but to ensure both staff and customer safety during the peak of the pandemic, we took the decision to close this aspect of our business until such time that we were able to offer a complete contactless experience for our customers and ensure the safety of all involved.
As of Monday 11th May, we will be re-instating a limited level of workshop support, with any pre-existing booked work confirmed by our workshop team initially, followed by all servicing work for any previously supported vehicle.
To ensure the safety of all concerned, customers will not be able to wait for work to be carried out in our retail area initially, so we would ask you to bear with us as we transition to this new way of working.
You can expect the same great service and support from our workshop team, both prior to and after work being carried out and you can also have peace of mind that we have a complete contactless system in place - our technicians will also be using protective covers across all contact points in your vehicle (seats, steering wheel, gearknob, handbrake) and will themselves be wearing applicable protective equipment to ensure their own protection and to prevent any possible cross-contamination.
